PostHeaderIcon Went for Some Shopping

And that was yesterday after we attended a service at my fiance’s church. And we went shopping on our Sunday’s best dress, if I may say so. My fiance’ doesn’t want to go home and change clothes. Besides he said that people go shopping in their Sunday’s best so why couldn’t we. I wasn’t worried about my dress though but my heels. I don’t like shopping with my heels because I know my feet will get sore quick which would mean, I will have limited time in roaming around the mall.

But anyway, I agreed. We just went there to buy a gift for my maid of honor anyway. I did check for some things and luckily, I didn’t find anything that I like. My fiance’ should be thankful for that. LOL.

We just stayed at the mall for like 30 minutes then went home. But we dropped by at McDonald’s first to buy lunch then went straight home.

We attended a Sunday service at my fiancé’s church today where his nephew is the pastor. It was my first time to attend it and I can say that I like the feeling. It was very joyful and everybody was very warm in welcoming us.

After the service, his nephew’s wife approached me and asked if we are registered in any wedding registry. I was delighted to answer yes and told her where I had registered. I do wonder what she pick for us. I do hope it’s some of those Egyptian cotton sheets. I haven’t had any of those yet but I do know how lovely and soft they are based on what I heard from friends. I am really wishing that’s what she’s going to pick. If not, then maybe I will purchase them myself.

One thing I like about my fiance’ is he’s so organized. From his documents and receipts to the foods inside the fridge. You bet it right! I am not sure if I would consider that an OC disorder or behavior but anyhow, it’s one of the things that I admire about him. You seldom see a man that organized.

One more thing, he always makes sure that he’s prepared for the future. Aside from saving some from his monthly income, he has also gotten himself every insurance that you could think of including disability insurance. And soon, once we’re already married, he will include me and my son into his insurance. Isn’t that admirable?

Even though one mission was not accomplished because we were not able to go out, I still was able to accomplish one thing, and that’s printing the invitations. I just bought print-your-own invitations and the good thing was, the company where the invitations were made has a website and they already have a template there for the invitations. I don’t need to make any adjustments in the printer. I just have to put the invitation wording in their template, personalized it and then print. Bingo!

That was really neat!

It has not been a lazy Sunday for me today. After I was finished with the chores, I did some browsing and reading online. I am still not done with my research for the best fat burners for mom. I am currently reading about a hydroxycut review, but still undecided if it will be the one that I will recommend to her. What I read was pretty interesting, but I want to read more about it. Maybe after a thorough reading, I will have my decision. Let’s just wait and see. I do hope mom will not yak at me for taking so long to decide though. (“,)
